Alonda Crockett RN, FNP-C has been a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since February of 2012. She has extensive experience due to providing services at Take Care Health Systems and Central MS Family Clinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Crockett is well-equipped to provide care for the entire family unit with a passion for education and health maintenance. Her experience also includes both acute and long-term care, labor and delivery, nursery, geriatric and hospice services.

Mrs. Crockett graduated from Quitman High School in May 1996 with Highest Honors, completing Jones Community College’s Practical Nursing Program in August of 1998. She obtained an Associate Degree from Meridian Community College in May 2007. She has received two degrees from the University of South MS, to which she received a Bachelor’s Degree 2009 in Nursing, followed by a Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2011.

Mrs. Crockett is married to Tommy Crockett. They live in Forney, TX with their 5 children, Marissa (23), Amiya (17), Caleb (15), Tommy Crockett, Jr. (15), and Xzavier Shelton (14). In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
